Sunshine Aerated Water & Manufacturing (P.W.F) Pte Ltd
MMF Consultants Ltd acted as Investment Adviser and Project Manager for the Sunshine Factory Project. Our services included financial feasibility, finance proposals, assembling the project team, contract negotiations, and much more.
The project commenced construction in 2015 and was delayed due to Cyclone Winston. Phase 1 (Buildings 1 & 2) of the project is nearly complete with the Factory expected to be fully operational by January 2020. The COVID-19 global pandemic further delayed the fit-out and testing phase of the project.
The factory successfully opened in July 2022.
HOT BREAD KITCHEN
MMF Consultants were involved as Project Managers in the refurbishment of the Hot Bread Kitchen outlet at Damodar City (Suva) which reopened in November 2020.
We were also project managers during the internal fit-out construction of HBK's Centralized Warehouse in Kalabu (Nasinu) from 2020 to 2022.
Current & Future Projects
YATU LAU COMPANY LTD
MMF Consultants currently act as Project Managers and Property Consultants for Yatu Lau. We are currently managing the renovation works for some of their properties based in Suva including Berry Road Apartments, Studio 6 Hotel and the Yatu Lau Arcade.

Office Hub Project
This proposed project will be situated along Rewa Street (just 5 minutes outside the Suva CBD area). The design concept currently has three floors for office space, ground floor retail, coffee & restaurant.
This project is in the preliminary feasibility stage.
Cultural & Shopping Centre
We are also involved with Sunshine's proposed development of an authentic Cultural Centre and related business activities. The project is still in its design and feasibility analysis phase.
